Job Summary

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.

Identify and remove project impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Maintain project documentation and status reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Monitor sprint and project performance to support timely delivery.

Drive continuous improvement and effective team communication.
