Task Description: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
