Job Description
- Identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with area owner, to form a strong and effective OpEx team dynamic.
- Support and manage improvement deliveries in line using the lean tools, thinking and methodologies
- Develop and implement effective Visual Management solutions
- Produce data and metrics, to provide visibility to track and evidence saving which will support benefit realisation
- Develop and implement standard work
- Writing validation protocol, protocol execution and report
