Job Purpose
To support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of total rewards and performance management programs that drive employee engagement, operational efficiency, and business alignment.
Key responsibilities:
Total Rewards Operations
- Coordinate and administer compensation, benefits, and performance management processes in alignment with internal policies and governance frameworks.
- Support the annual salary review cycle, including:
- Data validation and cleansing
- Compensation analytics and pay positioning
- Preparation of communication materials and manager toolkits
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services (HRSSC) to gather and validate data for total rewards analysis and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain total rewards reports, including benchmarking surveys, KMP reporting, and incentive payout tracking.
- Analyse compensation trends and survey data to support recommendations on market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams on budgeting, accruals, and payment processing for rewards programs.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of total rewards policies, frameworks, and communication strategies.
- Support the review and analysis of sales incentive campaigns, including performance metrics, payout calculations, and effectiveness assessments.
Benefits Administration
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical claims analysis, insurance renewals, and wellness initiatives.
- Act as a Centre of Excellence liaison to HRSSC for employee queries and benefits-related communications.
- Support the evaluation and enhancement of benefits offerings based on employee feedback and market trends.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance review cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end, continuous feedback), ensuring timely execution and system readiness.
- Support the implementation and adoption of the performance management system, including user training and troubleshooting.
- Assist in performance calibration sessions and reporting to ensure fairness and alignment with business outcomes.
Data & Reporting
- Compile and analyse compensation, benefits, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support management decision-making and governance reviews.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Project & Change Support
- Provide coordination and administrative support for HR projects related to performance, rewards, and benefits.
- Participate in change management and communication initiatives to drive understanding and adoption of new programs or policies.
Requirements:
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Intermediate in data analysis and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented
Knowledge
- Degree in Human Resource, Business, Management, or related field
- Foundational understanding of compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Total Rewards certification (e.g., CTRS, CTRP) is an advantage
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance management, rewards, or employee benefits
- Experience with HR systems and or analytical tools
