SEA Commercial Manager (Offshore/ Energy)

We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Commercial Manager to spearhead sales growth and business development across Southeast Asia. Working alongside the General Manager, APAC, you will shape and execute the regional commercial strategy, manage revenue targets, and lead a results-oriented commercial team.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the General Manager to build and execute the annual sales plan and budget
• Deliver monthly reforecasting and full-year outlooks with actionable market insights
• Drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle across Southeast Asia
• Grow revenue from existing accounts while acquiring new clients
• Lead and develop the commercial team, including business development and account managers
• Define and implement the regional commercial strategy with the GM, APAC
• Set revenue targets and monitor monthly performance to ensure delivery
• Build a strong industry network and represent the company at key client and industry engagements

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
• Solid experience in the offshore energy, marine, and wind sectors — essential
• Proven sales track record within the Southeast Asia market
• Strong background in commercial strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Experienced in leading business development and account management teams
• Well-networked across the region with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across Southeast Asia
