Work you'll do:

• Provide assistance on C&B projects (solution & design).
• Assist on regional Global and Regional C&B programs.
• Review benefits with other Professional Services.
• Review rewards framework.
• Led projects across SEA countries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in compensation and data analysis in any industry, preferably in professional services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Have experience in C&B harmonization projects will be an added advantage.
• Salary benchmarking experience with leading global consulting and data providers in compensation, rewards, and job evaluation will be an added advantage.
• Great stakeholder management.
