Work you'll do:

The SEA Client Program team offers expertise around client and market activities to support profitable revenue growth for the practice. The team's goal is to assist partners in targeting, winning and retaining strategic clients through client insights and reporting, client service assessment and active account support.

Responsibilities:

The Client Program Executive/ Senior Executive is responsible for managing the client satisfaction survey program and other client activities that support the strategic business plan. Reporting into the Client Program Manager, the individual will work closely with industry marketing team and Client Service Teams in a fast-paced environment. This includes:

  • Manage the client satisfaction survey program including feedback analysis and follow-up to deliver quality client experience
  • Support client data requests including opportunities and sales pipeline to generate insights for internal clients and management reporting
  • Support strategic account activities and manage the follow-up to maximise return on investment
  • Conduct research and/or develop client presentation and materials on an adhoc basis
  • Other client-related projects

Requirements:

  • A recognized University degree in marketing, business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Relevant experience in professional services business development is preferred
  • Confidence to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of research tools for analysis and a general understanding of database technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools, data visualization and analytical skills
