Sea Freight (Import/Export)

Key Accountabilities

• Update shipment arrival information in TMS (CW1)
• Receive and process Carrier Arrival Notices
• Verify shipment arrival at CFS (Container Freight Station) and update in TMS
• Confirm actual shipment arrival dates with carriers
• Ensure Original MBL is surrendered (origin or destination as required)
• Track and confirm container arrivals at CY (Container Yard)
• Send Shipping Advice and Arrival Notice to consignee (via Customer Management)
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all activities in TMS (CW1)
• Meet customer-specific KPIs where applicable
• Provide shipment manifest details to customs authorities
• Issue Change Advice to consignees (if applicable)
• Send accurate manifest to co-loaders
• Share delivery details with Customer Service
