Work you'll do

  • Assist with software installations and updates using SCCM.
  • Assist in Windows setup and imaging for workstations.
  • Provide support (3rd level end user support) by helping with troubleshooting or manually installing applications, including handling incident tickets.
  • Be responsible for generating SCCM reports and updating the team on certain application deployment status (based on request).
  • Monitor non-compliant workstations and servers and assist in fixing them with guidance from the team.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office / Power Platform and Microsoft Windows technology such as Windows Operating System, SCCM, Intune and similar.
  • Has good command of both written and spoken English.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
