Work you'll do

  • The intern will assist in providing onsite support at the Kuala Lumpur office, and provide remote support to users across SEA countries, for Deloitte Audit related applications and enterprise IT services, including investigation, troubleshooting issues on both desktop and web applications.
  • Working closely with senior, peers support group and global team to resolve escalated incidents efficiently.
  • The intern will be responsible for logging, tracking, and managing incidents and service requests through the ServiceNow system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation of all actions taken.
  • Perform IT related duties/projects as assigned.
  • The intern will provide assistance to the 2nd level end user support, for all escalated IT related issues on PC hardware and software, business applications and enterprise IT services.
  • The intern will is also responsible for account and asset management, PC hardware and software deployment services and IT learning and development.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Requires a strong understanding of security controls in a Microsoft Windows environment to include operating systems, folders and share drive management.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify security issues and implement solutions.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Good command in English, both writing and speaking.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
