Lead the Future of Learning Operations in Southeast Asia
We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Team Lead to manage a regional L&D team and transform learning operations through technology, automation, and innovation. This role goes beyond daily execution-it's about building a scalable, digital-first learning ecosystem that delivers speed, efficiency, and impact across Southeast Asia.
Role Purpose
Lead and empower a team to deliver high-impact learning activities efficiently, leveraging technology, AI, and automation for seamless operations, rapid learner support, accurate reporting, and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Develop and lead a high-performing L&D team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensure quality and accuracy of outputs through robust review and continuous improvement.
Operational Management
Oversee end-to-end learning operations, ensuring compliance and alignment with global standards:
Learning platform management
Learner support and query resolution
Automated communications and escalations
Accurate reporting and tracking of learning hours
Compliance monitoring and timely completion of mandatory programs
Procurement, vendor relationships, contracts, and billing
Delivery of classroom and virtual programs across multiple countries
Technology Enablement & Automation
Drive initiatives to automate routine tasks and integrate digital solutions for operational excellence.
Champion adoption of learning platforms, AI-driven tools, and workflow optimization technologies.
Reporting & Analytics
Oversee creation of dashboards and impact stories to demonstrate learning effectiveness.
Use data to predict trends, optimize campaigns, and personalize learner journeys.
Innovation & Process Improvement
Implement innovative solutions to enhance learner experience and engagement.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in learning technologies and methodologies.
Data Management & Documentation
Ensure accurate data management aligned with retention and privacy policies.
Maintain clear documentation of processes, audit trails, and user guides.
Your role as a leader

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field.
Master's degree or certifications in L&D, HR Tech, or Project Management preferred.
Experience:
5-7 years in L&D operations, with at least 2 years in team leadership.
Regional experience managing multi-country operations is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in LMS and digital learning platforms.
Experience with automation tools, workflow optimization, and AI-driven solutions.
Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel, predictive modeling).
Other Requirements:
Excellent stakeholder management across diverse cultures.
Ability to lead multiple projects under tight timelines.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
