Your new role
- Develop and execute country sales plans to drive sustainable growth across existing and new industrial offerings across life science, HVAC and semiconductor.
- Manage direct sales and key customer relationships, ensuring strong engagement and revenue delivery.
- Lead distributor/channel partner strategy, including onboarding, performance monitoring, training, and joint sales activities.
- Drive market insights and collaboration, communicating customer and market needs to product, marketing, and business teams.
- Oversee sales performance and reporting, including defining marketing actions and participating in internal reviews with stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), preferably in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical fields.
- Preferred 10 years experience in international sales and channel/distributor management, including both instrument and project sales.
- Strong commercial skills, including negotiation, influencing, and relationship management.
- Basic IT/networking knowledge to support technical sales discussions.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel frequently (40-60%).
