Role Description

Northern Lights Private School is seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team. We are looking for educators who are familiar with the Malaysian SPM Secondary Bahasa Melayu syllabus and capable of teaching at secondary levels. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to student development, an innovative approach to education, and the ability to inspire a love for learning.

**Key Responsibilities: **

o Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the Malaysian SPM Bahasa Melayu syllabus to secondary students.

o Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that meet the learning needs of students at different levels.

o Monitor and evaluate students progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and support.

o Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.

o Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to develop and implement the school's academic programs.

o Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications and Requirements: **

o Bachelor's Degree.

o Familiarity with the Malaysian SPM syllabus is essential.

o Teaching experience at secondary level is preferred.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
