What You'll Do
- Be the Organizing Force: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and keep calendars running like clockwork.
- Master Communication: Handle correspondence, reports, and documents with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support Leadership: Provide direct administrative support to management, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Champion Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, coordinate information flow, and help prepare important materials like Board Papers.
- Safeguard Information: Uphold strict confidentiality, manage sensitive documents, and ensure compliance with our Information Security Policy.
- Embrace Technology: Operate office equipment and learn new technologies as they're introduced.
- Drive Excellence: Review documents for accuracy, maintain organized filing systems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience.
- Skills That Shine:Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Discretion, good judgment, and a pleasant, professional demeanor
- Customer service mindset and effective interpersonal skills
