About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead our Cross Assets Solutions business within Institutional Sales. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Treasury products, expanding client relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions to institutional clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive the growth of the Institutional Sales Flow business through Treasury and Capital Markets products, including Foreign Exchange (FX), Bonds, and Sukuk (Primary and Secondary Markets).
- Originate, structure, and cross-sell derivative solutions such as Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross Currency Swaps (CCS) to both borrowing and non-borrowing clients across the Group.
- Develop and expand the Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) and Repo business within the Institutional Sales segment.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key institutional clients, including Government-Linked Investment Companies (GLICs), Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), and State-Owned Entities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and Relationship Management teams to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to enhance product penetration and client engagement.
- Contribute to business strategy, revenue generation, and overall market share growth within the institutional client segment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Treasury Sales within a reputable financial institution.
- Strong expertise in Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Structured Products.
- Proven track record in institutional client coverage, business development, and revenue generation.
- Sound understanding of treasury products, and risk management solutions.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
- Relevant professional certifications or treasury-related qualifications would be an added advantage.
