Drive subordinates on timely and accurately supports operation loading and scheduling
Handle Strategic Planning for Operational loading Plan
Work with supply chain and senior management to obtain strategic information and work on optimize plant loading toward cost effectiveness and customer demand fulfilment
Manage and lead planning team to achieve department goal
Cross-functional leadership interfacing with operation, IE, RIE, PLPC, GSM and Engineering to drive cost effective operation output and other indices
Other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any field
At least 8 years and above of working experience in related field is required
Preferably specializing in Planning/ Inventory Management or equivalent
