You'll work closely with them to understand their financial situation and develop personalized plans to help them overcome their challenges. How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the unique needs and circumstances of each customer. You'll work closely with them to identify solutions, negotiate payment plans, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve financial stability. Your goal is to find mutually beneficial solutions that meet the customer's needs while also minimizing risk for the bank.

What you do:

Financial

  • Contribute towards reducing the 30+ and 90+ delinquencies, with the main objective to manage 3+ MIA delinquencies flow through, NPL / NPF and specific provisions for Secured products
  • Contribute to meet department financial KPI including personal targets.
  • Dunning for DQ3 and NPL accounts

Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to all compliance matters (PDPA, Banking Secrecy, etc)
  • Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies

Processes

  • Negotiate with customers for payments or repayment plan.
  • Prepare proposals for composite settlement or instalment plan.
  • Attend to walk in customers whenever necessary
  • Attend to and process borrower's request

Human Capital

  • Manage and achieve the target indicator set in Collector's scorecard and department KPI.
  • Take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned

Who you are:

  • Relevant tertiary or Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of Collections experience in Secured product
  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in recovery
  • Dunning experience in collections environment
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Possess strong communication and inter-personal skill.
  • Team Player
