Implementation of physical security procedures, access control, and visitor management.
24x7 manned security operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident logging.
Monitoring and management of contractors, vendors, suppliers.
Development and enforcement of EHS compliance programs, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
Conducting safety audits, toolbox talks, and training for site personnel and vendors.
Regular patrols and site inspections to identify and report security vulnerabilities, safety hazards, or operational anomalies within the Data Center and surrounding perimeter.
Support in security system health checks (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Intercom, Key Cabinets, etc.) and coordination with vendors for maintenance or troubleshooting.
Travel between Data Centers (40–50 km apart) as required for operational support.
Participation in incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence.
Collaboration with Operations, Facility, and EHS teams to ensure alignment with internal security standards and data center provider guidelines.
Ability to prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports covering patrol findings, incident summaries, and closure of security/EHS action items.
