Security Engineer - Japanese Speaker

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Engineer located in Japan. The Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols and measures for systems and networks. The role includes conducting risk assessments, performing vulnerability assessments, monitoring for potential threats, and responding to incidents. The candidate will collaborate closely with teams to ensure the security and reliability of company infrastructure and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Threat Detection
• Experience with Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Management, and Incident Response
• Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Encryption, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Proficiency in Security Frameworks and Protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus
• Experience working with security tools and technologies is beneficial
