Urgent Vacancy: Security Officer (Female)
We are urgently assisting a company based in Nilai to source suitable candidates for the position of Security Officer.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in security operations, site monitoring, incident reporting, CCTV/access control, patrol duties and shift-based security work.
Position: Security Officer
Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
Salary Range: RM3,300 – RM3,600
Work Pattern: 4 working days, 2 days off
Shift: Rotational shift, including weekends, public holidays and festive periods
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in the security industry
- Experience in factory, industrial, warehouse, corporate or site security operations will be an advantage
- Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays and festive periods
- Possess own transport
- No criminal record
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Able to follow security and emergency procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to alarms, security-related matters and emergency situations
- Report security, safety or EHS-related violations to the supervisor
- Assist in incident investigation and documentation
- Monitor assigned duty post for security breaches, safety issues or disorder
- Record unusual occurrences and report them accurately
- Monitor security equipment status and report any malfunction promptly
