Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Monitor and ensure all employees observe and abide IFX Rules & Regulations whilst in the premises
- Safeguard IFX assets (employees & properties) from any misconduct or criminal activities
- Maintain a professional code of ethics in line with IFX BCG
- Supervise subordinates and ensure all security tasks executed as per directive
- Conduct preliminary action on any arising security risk situation and apply containment action
- Timely address any complaints or reports received and update immediate superior
- Ensure all security system and hardware are functioning and report failure immediately
- Effectively communicate with all Department instructions and directives to their subordinate
- Treat all Security matters in a highly confidential manner & shall not disclose any information without prior approval from the Operation Manager
- To support the Security Executives in any given tasks
- To response and execute all requirements of IFX Emergency Response Procedures
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Minimum qualification required SPM or any equivalent and security certification (Security Guard License) preferred
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in related supervisory field
- Basic knowledge in Security System Management (CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Alarm and Metal Detectors)
- Basic knowledge in Fire Alarm System Management and PC literate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency both written and spoken
