Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Security Supervisor will oversee day-to-day safety and security operations within the property. Responsibilities include supervising security staff, ensuring the implementation of safety protocols, responding to incidents, conducting security inspections, and collaborating with management to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and direct security team members
• Knowledge of Physical Security practices and protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Excellent Communication skills for reporting and interacting with guests, staff, and law enforcement when necessary
• Customer Service skills to address guest concerns and provide assistance in a respectful and professional manner
• Experience in Operations Management to oversee security procedures and ensure efficiency
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions in emergencies
• Prior experience in a security or hospitality management role is preferred
