Job Description
Responsible for supporting daily security operations across company facilities, ensuring compliance with security SOPs, access control procedures, incident management, and overall facility safety. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external security service providers to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Shift & Working Hours
- Rotational shifts available (Day / Night / Mid Shift)
- Shift options:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Flexible hours based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise security guards, including attendance, training, deployment, and compliance monitoring.
- Oversee daily security operations, access control, and MEGA-SOC activities to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Monitor security SOP compliance, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions with security service providers.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct follow-ups, prepare incident reports, and maintain incident records.
- Support visitor management, VIP/vendor escort, and coordination with external authorities (Police, Fire Department, EMS).
- Conduct security assessments and maintain security operation trackers and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/SPM/STPM with relevant security experience; 3–5 years of experience in physical security, facility security, loss prevention, or related fields.
- Experience in supervising security operations, guard deployment, scheduling, discipline, compliance, and security service providers.
- Ex-uniformed services personnel (Police, Military, Navy, Air Force, APM, Bomba, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical security, access control, incident management, emergency response, workplace safety, and security audits.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and drive improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and security documentation/reporting.
- Possess a valid driving licence, willing to travel, work rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays, and respond to emergencies when required.
- High integrity, professionalism, and no criminal record.
