Your new role
- Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers to achieve annual business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers within the plastics resin/additives portfolio, while acting as a key liaison during business visits and engagements.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, market analysis, and competitor monitoring to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Manage commercial and operational activities, including pricing, costing, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain coordination to ensure profitability and service reliability.
- Uphold high ethical standards, ensure compliance with company policies, and oversee credit control, collections, and issue resolution to support sustainable business operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experienced in chemical plastics (Resin or Additives) trading with at least 1.5 years of experience
- Able to travel outstation when needed
