Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate, engage and convert available sales leads.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets on a month to month basis.
  • Maintain high retention rate of sellers on SPX, crafting appropriate strategies & escalation channels to ensure continued growth.
  • Provide periodic suggestions to supporting functions on areas of improvement, and be the main bridge between sellers and SPX for all feedback.
  • Closely work with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives.
  • Address daily ad-hoc issues faced from all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field, coupled with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (fluency in Mandarin is good to have).
  • Willingness to travel is a must.
