  • Manages the overall seller experience and growth on SPX
  • Lead sourcing, networking activities required to maintain a healthy pool of sales leads
  • Generate, engage and convert available sales leads
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets on a month to month basis
  • Maintain high retention rate of sellers on SPX, crafting appropriate strategies & escalation channels to ensure continued growth
  • Provide periodic suggestions to supporting functions on areas of improvement, and be the main bridge between sellers and SPX for all feedback
  • Closely work with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives
  • Address daily ad-hoc issues faced from all stakeholders

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree or Diploma in any field, coupled with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
  • Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (fluency in Mandarin is good to have)
  • Willingness to travel is a must
