  • Full Funnel Performance Ownership: Own the measurement, monitoring, and deep-dive analysis across the critical seller funnel: from acquisition and registration speed, through onboarding, to full activation. Identify bottlenecks and propose high-leverage process improvements.
  • Seller Health & Optimization Analytics: Systematically monitor and analyze key seller performance metrics, including churn, retention drivers, and out-of-stock rates. Conduct continuous root-cause analysis to develop targeted, data-backed interventions and initiatives that boost seller health and longevity.
  • Product and Supply Analysis: Conduct focused monitoring and analysis on the variety and quantity of new products sellers bring to FBS. Use this data to inform inventory strategy, identifying opportunities for growth in key categories.
  • Strategic Initiative Generation: Based on rigorous analysis, generate and champion creative, data-driven ideas and initiatives to push performance across all monitoring areas (acquisition, retention, performance).
  • Cross-Functional Execution Excellence: Serve as a key bridge between strategy and execution. Work actively with relevant stakeholders, including Key Account Management (KAM) and Operations teams, to ensure successful deployment and ongoing refinement of growth and optimization initiatives.
  • Reporting & Insight Generation: Prepare high-quality, synthesized reports and present complex findings to the Senior Strategy Lead and other leadership, turning raw data into compelling commercial narratives.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Industry: Minimum 3 years of working experience, ideally within E-commerce, Tech, Commercial strategy, or a highly analytical environment.
  • Analytical Prowess: Must possess strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving. Comfortable navigating large datasets and utilizing analytical tools.
  • Execution & Project Management: Demonstrated ability in project management, including prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and driving execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Ops, Product, Commercial teams) to drive alignment and results.
  • Mindset: Highly creative and results-oriented. Must be a self-starter who can generate actionable ideas from analysis and take ownership of their implementation.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable with data and analytical tools (advanced Excel).
