Job Description:
Seller Acquisition & Conversion:
- Identify and proactively reach out to target sellers to promote adoption of the FBS.
- Drive end-to-end conversion from initial contact to successful onboarding.
Pipeline Management & Prospecting:
- Prioritize high-potential sellers based on data insights and business impact.
- Continuously identify new acquisition opportunities within assigned seller segments.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track onboarding and activation performance of newly acquired sellers.
- Analyze seller adoption trends to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, e-commerce, or merchant acquisition is preferred.
- Proven ability or strong interest in sales and outbound acquisition activities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and incentive-based environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking outreach and performance.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection.
