Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain strong parcel compliance towards operational requirements, identifying potential problems with sellers in advance through data
Oversee day-to-day operations, including pickup escalations, campaign coordination, SOP planning and growth initiatives
Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination
Manage complex relationships between multiple stakeholders, including sellers, operations, marketplace platform etc.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
Ideate incentives and penalties to drive required behaviours from both sellers and operations stakeholders, and implement them throughout the operations flow
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in the related field
Knowledge of Business Development and Key Account Management is a must, able to understand seller processes
Excellent people management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong in Malay, English and Mandarin is a must
Ability to work independently and is comfortable with ambiguity
