Hereâs the Gist
You will work with a team of test and product engineers to disposition non-conforming lots, manage experiments, and support the operations teamâs training initiatives. You will have the opportunity to impact every aspect of the production line from incoming to outgoing in a test and assembly line supporting both MOSFET and Schottky Diodes. You will be a hands-on team member supporting the production line and need a high energy attitude willing to learn the entire production line. You will be trained in all floor support roles and able to be a resource for the US-based team to gain insight to issues throughout the line.
The Day to Day
- Support lot hold disposition
- Drive experiments that improve cycle time, yield, and process efficiency
- Deliver passdown with data summaries on holds and tool status
- Troubleshoot tool and data issues related Final Probe test in wafer and package form
- This Job is Right for You if You Have:
- Experience working in a clean room environment preferably in the Semiconductor industry
- Ability to pull and analyze large data sets from manufacturing processing.
- Associates degree in STEM
