Role and Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and motion assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and product visuals.
- Develop 3D animations, explainer visuals, motion graphics, and short videos/GIFs to support brand storytelling and product communication.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate concepts and briefs into visually engaging 3D design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Prepare and optimize 3D assets for different outputs, including web, social media, video, and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple 3D design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Maintain well-organized 3D files, scenes, textures, and animation assets for consistency and efficient collaboration.
- Refine and iterate on 3D designs and animations based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring alignment with brand voice and vision.
- Stay up to date with 3D design, animation trends, tools, and rendering techniques, contributing fresh ideas and innovative visual approaches.
- Support light 2D design, photo editing, typography, and layout work when required to complement 3D visuals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualification in 3D Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
- Experience with 3D design and animation software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Experience creating animated content, motion graphics, videos, and GIFs for digital and marketing use.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including composition, color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who responds well to constructive feedback and iteration.
- A portfolio showcasing 3D modelling and animation work (required; include links or reels).
- Strong interest in the fintech industry and translating complex concepts into engaging visuals.
- Additional digital marketing or motion design experience is an advantage.
