About the Role: The role involves a combination of 3D design and graphic design, focusing on creating engaging visual concepts for events while ensuring alignment with client expectations and production feasibility.
Responsibilities:
- 3D Design (Primary)
- Develop 3D event layouts, stage/backdrop designs, and booth renderings.
- Translate client briefs into visual concepts that are innovative and feasible.
- Work closely with Project Director to ensure design aligns with budget and build practicality.
- Graphic Design (Secondary)
- Design event collaterals: posters, banners, signage, screen content.
- Refine aesthetic of proposal for Account Managers.
- Ensure branding consistency across all visual outputs.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with vendors to adapt designs for production.
- Support on-site when needed for last-minute design/visual adjustments.
- Guide junior designers or freelancers to maintain creative standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of event design and graphic design in agency or production.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max/SketchUp/Cinema4D) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent eye for detail and strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving.
