Own senior client relationships for tier-one FMCG brands across Southeast Asia, leading multi-market creator programs that drive brand equity and commerce outcomes.
What youll lead
- Client Partnerships: Primary senior contact for regional FMCG clients; shape annual influencer roadmaps, brand/commerce KPIs, and investment strategy across markets.
- Campaign Excellence: Architect always-on and burst programs (TikTok/IG/YouTube, TikTok Shop, Shopee/Lazada/Kols) including creator mix (macro/micro/nano), content strategy, usage rights, whitelisting/Spark Ads, and retail tie-ins.
- Commercials & P&L: Scope, price, and negotiate MSAs/SOWs; manage revenue forecasting, margin, and utilization across your portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Manage Account Managers/Executives and cross-functional squads (Creator Sourcing, Strategy, Social/Content, Paid, Legal/Procurement). Coach for speed, craft, and client trust.
- Measurement & Optimization: Define frameworks and test-and-learn plans tying reach/EMV/engagement to traffic, conversion, and sales lift. Turn data into sharp client narratives.
- Growth: Identify whitespace, lead proactive proposals, and land incremental briefs/new brands within the portfolio.
What success looks like (first 12 months)
- 90-day stabilization of relationships; CSAT 8/10 on key accounts.
- Portfolio gross margin on/above target; on-time, on-budget delivery 95%.
- +12 incremental wins per anchor FMCG client (new category, market, or retail program).
- Documented creator roster per market with 70% repeatability for always-on.
- Clear linkage from creator content to retail/e-comm outcomes (UTMs, codes, TikTok Shop analytics).
Must-have experience
- 710+ years in client leadership across social/influencer; at least 35 years running FMCG brands (personal care, beverages, snacks, home care, etc.).
- Regional Southeast Asia remit: led multi-market programs (e.g., SG, TH, ID, MY, PH, VN) with sensitivity to local culture, languages, and creator ecosystems.
- Proven command of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and affiliate/social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee/Lazada KOL).
- Strong commercial chops: scoping, pricing, contracting, usage rights, creator negotiations, and margin management.
- Analytics literacy: GA4/Shopify dashboards, platform analytics, UTM strategy; able to brief MMM/MTA partners where relevant.
- Brand safety & compliance awareness, including disclosure guidelines and regional data/advertising norms.
