The Role:
As a Senior Account Executive, you are the operational engine of the account. You are responsible for the flawless delivery of integrated campaigns by managing the logic and flow of work between our Singapore and Malaysia creative hubs. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, technical understanding, and the ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution Ownership: Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns (Digital, Social, Print). Translate client requirements into actionable instructions for our creative teams in both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Technical Quality Control: Serve as the primary gatekeeper for quality. Responsible for ensuring all creative outputfrom logo usage and font accuracy to brand toneis 100% correct, applying the brains to the work to catch errors that others miss.
- Workflow Management: Manage the daily interaction between our dual-country hubs. Ensure that briefs are complete, resources are allocated efficiently, and timelines are realistic.
- Commercial & Financial Admin: Take full accountability for the financial hygiene of your projects. Manage the lifecycle of Cost Estimates and Purchase Orders, ensuring all work is billable and compliant.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks or technical risks early. Propose solutions and resolve friction points within the team.
Requirements
- 2+ Years Agency Experience: Familiarity with the creative and production lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Intelligence: You don't just move information; you process it. You understand the why behind a brief and the how of the execution.
- Precision & Rigor: High attention to detail with a get it right the first time mentality.
- Direct Communication: You value clarity over comfort. You provide factual, clear updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Technical Literacy: A sound understanding of production processes across various media.
