SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the Role
Conseal Sdn Bhd is looking for a driven and adaptable Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for handling fullset accounts, managing SST compliance and E-Invoice processes, and overseeing client account management in the construction piling industry.
This role is ideal for someone with accounting and account management experience who is eager to grow, take initiative, and learn new systems — including SST, E-Invoicing, and AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities
Fullset Accounting:
- Handle fullset accounts independently: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly trial balance, Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, and Balance Sheet
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense tracking
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all financial transactions
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and bankers
SST & E-Invoice Compliance:
- Handle SST (Sales & Service Tax) submission, documentation, and compliance
- Manage E-Invoice issuance, validation, and ensure accuracy with LHDN requirements
- Keep up to date with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements
Account & Client Management:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts in the construction/piling sector
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments and collections
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, project) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide regular account reports and updates to management
- Proactively learn and adopt new tools and technologies (including AI tools) to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in fullset accounting, account management, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience or strong willingness to learn fullset accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, financial statements)
- Exposure to or willingness to learn SST and E-Invoice systems (training will be provided)
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong initiative and self-learning attitude — we value willingness to learn over existing knowledge
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Comfortable with technology and open to using AI tools
- Experience in construction or related industries is a bonus, not a requirement
