We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who knows how to turn conversations into partnerships and ideas into results. If you enjoy working with people, owning projects end-to-end, and being trusted to make decisions this role's for you.
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of relevant experience fresh grads with strong fundamentals are welcome
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent (or currently pursuing)
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for day-to-day work
- Bonus points if you've worked with SQL or data tools
- Able to read and write Mandarin for internal communication and reporting
- Detail-oriented, organised, and not afraid to ask questions or learn fast
What You'll be Doing
- Take charge of core accounting functions and keep the numbers clean and accurate
- Assist with full sets of accounts and monthly financial reporting
- Track cash flow, AP & AR, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Review purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices accuracy matters here
- Work closely with operations, customers, and suppliers to sort out accounting issues
- Support audits and tax matters by liaising with auditors and tax agents
- Get involved in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting when needed
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and business tasks because real work isn't always predictable
