Senior Account Executive/ Assistant Manager Account (Japanese speaker)

Responsibility

• Manage the full accounting set for our Japan entity using Malaysian accounting software
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management
• Ensure full compliance and handle all tax submissions for Japan (Corporate Tax, Consumption Tax, etc.)
• Oversee the cash flow, AR, and AP processes
• Act as the main financial contact for the local management in Japan
• Travel occasionally to Japan for work and meetings

Requirement

• Fluent in Japanese (written, reading and spoken) this is essential
• Based in Malaysia and hold a degree in Accounting/Finance
• Have experience handling a full set of accounts
• Experience with Malaysian accounting software is a plus
• Proactive, independent, and willing to travel occasionally
