CLIENT MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: maintains and grows client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and understanding

Expectations:

  • Manages daily communication with clients independently on assigned projects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: oversees the execution and delivery of projects

  • Anticipates resource bottlenecks and flags them early to Operations.

STRATEGIC & CREATIVE INVOLVEMENT: contributes to idea development and understands strategic thinking

  • Ensures drive folders and WIP reports are well-maintained and accessible.
  • Supports onboarding of new team members or interns when necessary.
