Role Description.
i) Client Communication & Project Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
- Manage and follow up on multiple digital marketing projects with internal teams
- Coordinate with creative, performance, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns
- Ensure all campaign elements align with the client's brand, brief, objectives, and KPIs
ii)Campaign Execution & Monitoring
- Assist in executing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Track project milestones and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate campaign deliverables including content calendars, reports, and ad material.
iii)Reporting & Analysis
- Work with the performance team to measure and report campaign results (ROI, reach, engagement, etc.)
- Support in identifying optimization opportunities based on data insights
- Prepare post-campaign analysis decks or reports for client presentations
iv) Research & Strategic Support
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to support campaign planning
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative marketing strategies
Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client servicing (agency background is a plus)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiar with digital ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and social media best practices
- Able to multitask, stay organised, and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in one or more Asian Languages is a plus (Chinese, Bahasa Melayu)
