What You'll Be Doing

Evyap is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage full-spectrum accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth accounts payable operations, and timely month-end closing in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion by involve in entries posting, intercompany charging, payroll allocation, etc
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) operations, ensuring efficient workflow and prompt response to supplier inquiries
  • Prepare and submit quarterly BM International Investment Position (lIP) reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and reporting
  • Support the Finance Manager in various financial reporting and analysis activities
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from internal finance teams, other departments, and head office, ensuring timely and accurate support
  • Participate in the annual audit and tax filing process, liaising with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and smooth completion

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in full set / General Ledger (GL) accounting
  • Strong hands-on experience in month-end closing and journal entries
  • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and handling supplier matters
  • Exposure to audit and tax processes
  • Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage
