We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our client's team for GCR, focusing on the Financial Services Industry (FSI) in Hong Kong market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and account management, who can drive business growth and foster strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ideally, from a cybersecurity or cloud background.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Ability to speak Cantonese as the role required to deal with Hong Kong customers.
