Manufacturing in Semiconductor Product Company
Responsibilities
- To Prepare monthly closing of monthly and annual financial accounts.
- To Prepare weekly expense claims and monthly creditor payments and issuance of cheques
- To manage and monitor cash flow on a daily basis.
- To allocate accounts code for documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, advice
- Ensure accounting documents are properly filed.
- To prepare BANK NEGARA report on a periodical basis.
- To Assist the Department Head, Assistant Manager in the day today running of the Finance & Accounts Department function and carry out any other duties and responsibilities that may be instructed from time to time.
- To follow the QEMS system requirement procedure and work instructions
- To Comply with the company's rules and regulations.
- To report nonconformity, accident incidences to Superior
Qualifications
- BachelorEnough knowledge about accounting and tax to make financial Statement and tax filing.
- Work with other business units and give advice to them.
- Ability to accomplish all tasks mentioned above.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting /Finance or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience
- Proficient in BM, English, both speaking & writing
- Computer literate
- Understand basic ISO9001 and ISO 12001 system requirements
