Here's a summary of what the role entails:
- A shaping leadership role where the incumbent will coach and guide a team of 2-3 team members to meet operational and individual's development plan.
- Ensure proper month end closing accounts on time and accurate.
- Performed monthly financial analysis reports and management reports.
- Review and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and submit them timely and accurately according to the schedules.
- Involves in continuous improvement initiative implementation that aligns with the organizations objective.
Here are the key qualifications and requirements for candidates interested in this position:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business-related course.
- At least 5-6 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Exposure in Shared Services industry will be a plus point.
- Knowledge of the SAP accounting system will be an added advantage.
