What You'll Do
- Lead client relationships and be their strategic communications partner
- Deliver integrated campaigns including medical content, events, webinars, and digital solutions
- Drive organic growth through strong client engagement and proactive solutioning
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Contribute to new business development and proposal creation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in client/account management, preferably in healthcare, pharma, medcomms, or agency
- Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills
- Proven experience building client trust and delivering strategic solutions
- Background in life sciences or marketing/communications preferred
- Bonus: experience with digital campaigns or CME/medical education programs
