We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business growth by developing strategic customer relationships and expanding cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to provide tailored technology solutions.
- Promote recurring business opportunities through managed services and long-term customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management.
- Demonstrate a proactive hunter mindset in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Take ownership of sales activities with discipline, consistency, independence, and a results-driven approach.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Minimum 5–10 years of direct sales experience within the IT industry.
- Proven experience selling Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Partner ecosystem and cloud-first solution selling.
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services solutions.
- Strong track record in enterprise solution sales.
- Experience managing customers within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership, discipline, and the ability to work independently
