Your new role

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Application), you will act as the SME for Cash Application and AR operations, managing complex cash allocation activities, reconciliations, stakeholder escalations, and multi-country AR portfolios. You will also support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and team knowledge-sharing activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of Accounts Receivable and Cash Application experience.
• Experience working within a Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment.
• Strong knowledge of cash application processes and AR operations.
• SAP exposure will be an added advantage.
• Cantonese-speaking skills are required to support Macau-based stakeholders; ability to read and write Chinese is preferred.
