Market for new Commercial loans and grow the existing Commercial portfolio:
- Bring in new deals both conventional and Islamic financing.
- Handling more complex deals with capability to structure deals.
- Able to spot opportunities and generate solution for clients.
- Promote cross-selling and collaboration amongst divisions.
- Maintain good relationship with existing Commercial clients and solicit for incremental deals as well as referrals.
- Ensure that deals are processed and submitted in timely manner within the specified turnaround time.
- Work closely with Trade and Treasury to solicit for utilization of facilities granted.
Grow new and incremental CASA and non-CASA Deposits, and other ancillary businesses.
- Actively growing deposits in order to meet deposit targets.
- Actively promote Reflex and B@W to new and existing Commercial portfolio.
- Value add and enhance banking relationship with other Group products i.e insurances, merchants, Business credit cards.
Housekeeping and relationship management.
- Actively manage existing Commercial portfolios and ensure that all accounts are reviewed in timely manner (zero overdue reviews).
- Process and attend to all variations/adhoc/other requests from Commercial customers in timely manner.
- Monitor conduct of accounts (including covenants imposed), ensure fair share of business secured and prompt payment of facilities.
- Manage EAM and Watch List accounts.
- Timely submission of all reports to be done by Commercial Banking.
- Cross selling.
