We're looking for a commercially minded accountant with 5–8 years of experience who wants to accelerate into a Fractional CFO career path. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced Fractional CFOs while supporting a portfolio of fast-growing startups across AI, fintech, Web3 and emerging industries.
Rather than working for a single company, you'll gain exposure to multiple businesses, founders and business models—building the commercial, operational and strategic skills needed to become a trusted finance partner.

What You Will Do:
- Own end-to-end financial and operational reporting for multiple early-stage companies (management accounts, cash-flow, KPI packs, board packs, variance analysis)
- Drive month-end close processes, AP/AR, payroll coordination, treasury and bank reconciliations
- Build and maintain rolling forecasts, budgets and scenario models
- Support fundraising processes (data-room preparation, financial models, investor reporting)
- Identify process gaps and implement practical, scalable finance systems and controls
- Act as the primary day-to-day finance contact for founders and leadership teams under senior guidance
- Continuously improve reporting quality, speed and insight for clients
Who You Are:
- 5–8 years of solid accounting experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced finance environment where you have covered the full financial and operational reporting cycle for other businesses
- Strong technical accounting foundation (IFRS / SFRS preferred)
- Naturally curious, self-driven and solution-focused. You dig into problems rather than wait for instructions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
- Clear communicator who can translate numbers into practical insights for non-finance founders
- Genuine interest in early-stage companies and the opportunity to grow into a Fractional CFO role
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to startups, SaaS, crypto or fintech
- Experience with Singapore compliance (ACRA, corporate tax, employment matters)
- Familiarity with modern tools (Xero, QuickBooks, Notion, modern FP&A or BI tools)
- Any experience supporting fundraising or investor reporting
