We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive assists the Finance team for account receivables function and assisting in general accounting tasks.

What you'll be doing:
Account receivables
- Handle AR accounting functions
- Proactively initiate and monitor collection process on daily basis
- Maintain and update customer records
- Regular follow-up on overdue invoices through salespersons and with customers
- Execute dunning system, dispute case management and credit management in SAP
- Prepare monthly aging report, SOA and debtor monitoring file for bi-weekly AR management meeting as well as identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for AR related queries, build and maintain strong relationship with customer, handle customers request and etc
- Conduct credit assessments, monitor credit limits, evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customer, and provide timely recommendations and decisions on credit application
- Execute customer blocking for overdue receivables and liaise with lawyer in execution of Letter of Demand to delinquent customers
- Maintain and promote internal controls and standardized AR and credit control procedures
General accounting
- Ensure cash book entries are up-to-date
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist in prepare audit schedules (eg: Deposit listing schedule, down payment schedules and etc)
Additional Tasks
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Department
What we look for:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting or Equivalent Professional Qualification
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience of accounting in MNC environment
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and standard MS Office Software
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Fast paced team player that is able to work independently and self-motivated
- Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately and precisely execute tasks
