Job Responsible
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management accounts, and reporting packages in accordance with IFRS and group reporting requirements.
- Perform financial analysis on sales, gross profit, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights on key variances and business performance.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliations, journal reviews, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting, audits, tax matters, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and headquarters.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CPA equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience, ideally in accounting firms/BPO/shared services.
- Strong understanding of full set accounting, IFRS standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
